— For 2020 standarts, its a poor cpu. Cheapest 4 core cpu's beat fx 8350 to the ground. It uses too much power for very little performance. It's only good if you can find a really cheap fx8350+mobo+16gb ddr3 ram combo.

— Best zen+ cpu and a very good budget 8 core 16 thread cpu. Comes with wraith prism which is really good at cooling this cpu if little bit more noise isn't a problem for you. Even tho its good, ryzen 5 3600 is a better cpu. It uses less power for the same performance, you can find ryzen 5 3600 for cheaper and use it with much cheaper motherboard.
