— it doesn't gain a lot of fps in games compared to the 3070, I would go for the 3070 instead, except if I find a 3070 TI at a really good price

— too pricey, a rtx 2060 is cheaper and better. In my region the 3060 is cheaper so I would go for the 3060 lol. btw the 3050 ti is comparable to the gtx 1660ti (mobile)

— fps are equal or a bit lower than the 3090

— pretty good, it's a 1660ti for laptops but just a little bit better

— it doesn't even exist lol amd anounced it but there is no laptop with it (for now, 27 may 2021)

— it's pretty much a 1050-Ti BUT with 2gb of VRAM. It's pretty good for esport titles and old games. It can run most recent games on low-medium settings but you won't have 60fps or anything. It's a good option too for work that uses 3D and needs a gpu, like blender, but I think you will be good with a MX350, or maybe even a MX250. If you have the occasion to get a 1050-Ti, a 1650 or better for the same price/for a lower price, go for it!
