— Is this the 12 nm Zen+ Ryzen 5 2600 disguised as a 1600? The "AF" model?

— This is the graphics processing unit in my MacBook Pro. It's okay for what it is. Combined with the Core i5-4278U processor, it's really starting to show its age and can struggle just to perform modern, GPU-accelerated web browsing, including playing higher resolution YouTube videos. It doesn't help that the processor it's integrated with is also fairly weak.

— This is the CPU found in my MacBook Pro. It's starting to feel a bit slow compared to newer processors, but it does okay with just a 28 W TDP. It's only a dual-core with HyperThreading. It runs macOS Catalina 10.15 okay, but I'm beginning to think it's time for an upgraded laptop.

— Apparently, these are some of the geniuses with an Asus Radeon RX 5700 XT (either the ROG Strix or reference version). Instead of downloading the official driver from AMD, these people have opted to use the outdated driver from the Asus support website. Brilliant!

Why does UserBenchmark have a bad reputation on reddit?
Marketers operate thousands of reddit accounts. Our benchmarks expose their spiel so they attack our reputation.
Why don’t PC brands endorse UserBenchmark?
Brands make boatloads on flagships like the 4090 and 14900KS. We help users get similar real-world performance for less money.
Why don’t youtubers promote UserBenchmark?
We don't pay youtubers, so they don't praise us. Moreover, our data obstructs youtubers who promote overpriced or inferior products.
Why does UserBenchmark have negative trustpilot reviews?
The 200+ trustpilot reviews are mostly written by virgin marketing accounts. Real users don't give a monkey's about big brands.
Why is UserBenchmark popular with users?
Instead of pursuing brands for sponsorship, we've spent 13 years publishing real-world data for users.
