— AMD nailed it with their most recent series. The price to performance of the Ryzen chips is absolutely worth the 10 or 11 frames you sacrifice to Intel's more pricey line. Ryzen 5 hits the sweet spot for price to performance gaming, but when it comes to that little extra for video editing and render the 8 cores of Ryzen 7 (compared to the 6 cores of Ryzen 5) is worth that little extra cash. Overall, the 2600X is without a doubt worth every penny.

RX 590 - Excellent
Graphics Cards

— I recently upgraded from this card to a RX 5700-XT, but this card is so good I didn't want to get rid of it and ended up moving it to my secondary rig replacing a GTX 1050 Ti. It's honestly the best mid-range card out there and for the price (£227.00 at time of review, though I paid £200 on a flash sale) the cost to performance ratio can't be beaten.

— Upgraded to the 5700-XT from the RX 590 (after an awesome experience with the 590, I moved it to my secondary rig replacing a GTX 1050 Ti which I sold on). It's a fantastic card, capable of 60FPS minimum,1440p with ease. Runs a little hot, but a reasonable case set up for cooling is more than sufficient. For the price I paid (£329.99) the "bang for the buck" factor is absolutely on point.
