It indexes entire volumes with millions of files in seconds, if you have admin access to your NTFS local drives this is pretty much unbeatable. The tool works by accessing the NTFS raw file system data, so effectively it doesnt need to index. The downside is that it only indexes paths and filennames, no contents. Pros: Lightning fast, lightweight. Cons: Only works on local NTFS partitions.
